Just printed the calendar, so excited to do this. A plank is where your on your elbows and legs straight out so your on your toes to. I would google it for a better explanation lol not good at explaining it

When I delivered my last child I was down 10 Lbs. They told me this was nothing to worry about and that the baby would take all it needs. I was not trying for this but that is what happened.

You can add me also I need to lose more then 100lbs and could use all the motivation out there. We can and will do this, we just have to stick with it.
