  • I have been on a low dose anti-biotic since October and have gained back quite a few of the lbs I lost previously. In December I know it was diet, but now you have flagged it up my weight gain started to creep on since October without much change in diet or exercise! Interesting, hadn't considered the link before!

  • Hi there, I lost 53lbs in less than 6 months, so it is totally 'doable', however it is quite tough to do in that short a time scale. I am lucky, I haven't had a problem with skin tone really, I used a good body lotion all the way through which I think has helped. Maybe a very slight bit on my stomach, but that is toning up…
  • I am almost at my goal weight (2.5lbs to go) and must admit I was thinking the same thing. I want to try and lose a few more pounds and then find a realistic daily calorie intake to maintain it. Happy to be added as a friend if you would like some support maintaining.
