  • Thanks for the input. I will definitely make a point to drink more water and perhaps eat breakfast a little later rather than right after I wake up. I'm also glad to hear that I'm not the only one who is hungry trying to decrease their calorie intake. Losing weight is a serious fight and I'm glad I'm not doing it alone...
  • This is a club I need to join. Happy hours, eating out, etc are prime drinking/socializing time and it's SUPER hard to say no. Who wants to count calories when all you want is a cold beer from working out ALL week.?.. Does anyone else crave a beer after 3 consecutive days of working out? I never knew how good beer tasted…
  • I'm new too and hope to :smile: stick with this. I'm trying to lose 10-15 pounds... but enjoy going out/ beer/ calories... :)
