I can do food restrictions for about 2 weeks then go overboard. I have found that I can't deny myself anything. So I am doing intermittent fasting (only eating between 12-8 and trying to keep my calories between 1200-1500 per day. Within those calories, if I want a candy bar then I'm having a candy bar!

My goal is to get into the 190's. I flirt with it during the week and then get totally messed up on the weekends. I want to lose 10 pounds this month. I am hoping to lose more than 10 and put a few back over Thanksgiving. My son and I high-fived this morning on working out seriously so hopefully we can motivate each other.

I am doing intermittent fasting and am only supposed to be eating between 12-8 pm. Then within that I limit myself to 1500 calories. It works really well for me when I can stick to it.
