I just had to change my exercises and increase them. Instead of doing 30 minutes, I did an hour. If you don't do any strength training, you can try that. Or you can lower your caloric intake (no lower than 1200) and just add variety to your exercises and not increase. Just make sure you don't eat too little and over…

I measure and weigh everything as well...once you do it alot, you get good at knowing what the portion size should be. You will be alot better at guessing the size. It makes it a lot easier if you can have a good estimate of the size if you're at a social event or something.
