Anyone going thru a Weight Loss Plateau?

Just wanted to know if anyone has experienced a weight loss plateau? How did you overcome it?

I have been stuck in my current weight for a little over a month. I would like to lose the last 5-10lbs to reach my goal. I read articles of changing exercises and lowering the caloric intake, so I've been trying to make these changes too.

    I just had to change my exercises and increase them. Instead of doing 30 minutes, I did an hour. If you don't do any strength training, you can try that. Or you can lower your caloric intake (no lower than 1200) and just add variety to your exercises and not increase. Just make sure you don't eat too little and over exercise, then your body goes into starvation mode. Also, what you eat plays a factor in your weight loss. Eat healthy and exercise and you're doing good! :)
