10 minute workouts
I'm doing about 2 or 3 10 minute workouts through out the day, plus 5 minutes of stationary bike. Is it ok to break up workouts through out the day, or should it be all at once?

Lost all control
I'm trying to lose my last 10 pounds...or around that...but I seem to have no control over what I eat now. I start off the week pretty good but after a few days, I can't seem to say no to anything! I was doing really well with my self control until recently. Is my body saying it's had enough or what? Advice?

Lose weight, gain muscle
Is it possible to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time? Should I still consume more calories than I normally would?

Weekly calories
I'm a bit up and down on my daily calories this week, and will probably be next week as well. I'm just wondering if I will gain weight if I go over one day, but under the next. Can you take back the calories from the day before?

Accurate calories?
How accurate are the exercise calories? I'm finding that my heart rate monitor's calorie counter is way lower than what MFP estimates for the calories burned. Does MFP base it on your weight/height as well, or is it just generalized?

How long before you see muscle definition/tone?
I've lost a total of 50lbs (3 so far on MFP) and my body looks a lot different, but I'm still flabby. I've done the Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 only for 2 weeks...the moves got a bit too hard for me. I also do the Bob Harper DVD's and a few others.
