Lost all control

I'm trying to lose my last 10 pounds...or around that...but I seem to have no control over what I eat now. I start off the week pretty good but after a few days, I can't seem to say no to anything! I was doing really well with my self control until recently. Is my body saying it's had enough or what?

    plan your snacks during the week and make it the same throughtout the week. and you have to have will power as well. also if your really hungry then burn more calories so you can eat more and then you will be fine. make a daily routine so that thur-sun is the same as mon-wed. hope this helps

    You could try "practicing" maintenance for a month or so and up your calories accordingly. That extra might be enough to make you feel less deprived. After a bit, you will have the mental toughness to buckle down again.
