How long before you see muscle definition/tone?

I've lost a total of 50lbs (3 so far on MFP) and my body looks a lot different, but I'm still flabby. I've done the Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 only for 2 weeks...the moves got a bit too hard for me. I also do the Bob Harper DVD's and a few others. They all are supposed to get you tone, but I haven't seen any change! I know I have gained muscle, I just don't see the muscle definition. How long does it usually take? I've been trying for about 2 months now.

    I really started seeing a *huge* difference when I changed the way I ate. I upped the protein by a large amount (1g per lb of lean body weight) and cut sugar and carbs. I also increased the amount of weight that I was lifting during circut training. Honestly, I saw a difference in a matter of a couple of weeks. Good luck :)
