10 minute workouts

I'm doing about 2 or 3 10 minute workouts through out the day, plus 5 minutes of stationary bike. Is it ok to break up workouts through out the day, or should it be all at once?

Any exercise is better than no exercise. If that's what you can fit in, you're several steps ahead of those who say "I don't have time".

Congrats on getting it in no matter what!

    agree!

different routines each have their own advantages and disadvantages.
you won't get the same endurance training from the mini-sessions vs. one longer session, and you may find it hard to have time to get properly warmed up and then really challenge your muscles with a full effort in that short of a time, so I'd say that if you have a choice, give the longer sessions a try. but if that's what is working for you, and it would be too hard to schedule one longer one, it's still doing you lots of good.
