Do you have a max calorie in take a day? And would this mean that it's not really more ab/core work but loosing weight? Won't it still sag and be wrinkly?

Wow glad to hear its not just me, I'm doing most of that so will monitor for a bit longer and see how it goes. I'm upping my cardio so that should be a huge difference and the carbs are only one meal a day? Thanks Beck0708

Cheers guys Think im gonna swop my morning egg whites for some porridge. Protein for lunch, plus ive been having a protein shake at the gym after cardio too ???
