    I did Palmers firming lotion and Pilates and Yoga and noticed a huge improvement after my eldest daughter and then my Twins were born.

    Wow glad to hear its not just me, I'm doing most of that so will monitor for a bit longer and see how it goes. I'm upping my cardio so that should be a huge difference and the carbs are only one meal a day?

    Hi Joyce, no just don't go over 120g of carbs per day. When I say carbs I mean complex carbs.

    Do you have a max calorie in take a day? And would this mean that it's not really more ab/core work but loosing weight? Won't it still sag and be wrinkly?

    Lifting weights helped my stomach tremendously! Oh and doing planks instead of traditional crunch type exercises.
