I had to cut it completely out. Not because of the calories from the alcohol, but because when I'm drunk, taco bell and McDonalds are my best friends and I don't just stop at one burger or burrito.

I started lifting in athletics when I was 12. When I was 14 I joined the powerlifting team and I absolutely fell in love with it. I stopped for about 4 years after high school, but I have since started lifting again.

I lost weight regularly even with cheating on the weekends until I was about 60 lbs down. After that I hit a plateau that I couldn't get past for about 6 months until I decided to cut out my cheat days.

I used to cheat every weekend and wonder why I wasn't losing weight. For the past two months, I cut out my cheat meals and decided not to have one until I hit a certain weight goal (175) . Currently I'm consistently losing 2-3 lbs a week with no set backs and getting closer and closer to my goal every week.

I take a picture on the 16th of every month. Sometimes you cant tell how much weight you've really lost, until you look at pictures of yourself .
