Over Half Way There
So I have been on this journey for four months now and I have lost 45 lbs. My starting weight was 253 and as of this morning, my weight is 208. I would like to be down to around 180 lbs because I feel I looked my best at that weight. only 28 lbs to go and I feel amazing!!! P.S. Pics in profile
