I count it as a success. It's ok to eat chocolate if you can do it in moderation and the fact that you stayed within your calorie goal means you can do it in moderation. How about trying to weigh in only once a week. You get a more accurate measurement of your weight that way anyways.

For instance your goal is 1600 and then burn 1000, you have technically only ate 600 calories that day. MFP's tracker lets you know that you need to eat back those 1000 calories you burned to get to your 1600 goal. Getting a small plate is a good tip. When you have a large plate you feel the need to fill it up so getting a small plate plays that trick on you when it's full that you haven't deprived yourself of anything. It also allows you to get the correct size portions instead of way too much.

So everyone else has already said this but in the morning, after you do your business (lol) but before you eat, and preferably in the buff. Also for the most accurate results just weigh yourself once a week the same day/time weekly.

The tried and true way of losing weight will always be calories in vs calories out. Get you some good exercise in and eat healthy, Keep up with what you are eating because even the small bites count.

I only weigh in once a week and that day is on Wednesday. I don't want to change that because it will just mess my routine up so i'm just going to start posting my prior Wednesday weighs ins for the Monday weigh in here. Last WI was at 164 ....

I think this color is a little to harsh and a little to fake looking. However, I think you would look nice with red hair. I would go with something a little more natural looking and I bet even your parents would like it.

Yes, she turned 3 in August. I lost all of my weight back in 08-09 and then just kind of gave out on it. I let myself go from 154 back up to 165 and said enough is enough. I'm ready to actually make it to goal this time.

When I lost all my weight before, prior to having to start again, my weight loss buddies were a huge part of me getting there. They motivated me to continue even when I wanted to just give up. I have support at home but having support from ppl who are going through the same thing is essential IMO.
