I'm a bit late, but because of the medicine I take and the bloatedness it causes, I sometimes have to either weigh in early or later, haha. This was the latter. :) I've lost 1 lb, successfully securing my place in ONEderland! :D

Back when I was 15, I was put on medication that made me gain 100 lbs - I lost that. But then, in 2010, I got ill again and was put on the same medication (and on bed-rest). I gained it all back, and although I've lost 28 lbs so far, there are still plenty to go!

But 20? And isn't it more healthy to eat other stuff too, than just eggs? I mean, if you eat 20, it doesn't leave room for much other food.

I use protein shakes as snacks and as an occasional meal replacement (for maximum one meal a day), and I'm down 28 lbs in 4 months. I mostly use them because I have a lot of trouble getting in a sufficient amount of calories every day, so it's great to be able to just grab a shake with some milk, and get 200 calories from…

I just wanted to update here as I am really close to reaching my first mini weight goal. :D Start Weight: 226.3 lbs. First Weigh-in Here: 207.2 lbs Current Weight: 200 lbs Goal: Getting out of the 200's ... meaning I only have a few ounces to go! :D

Last Week: 202.2 lbs / 91.7 kg This Week: 200 lbs / 90.7 kg TOTAL LOSS: 2.2 lbs / 1 kg Only 1 lb to go until I reach my 1st "mini" goal (getting out of the 200's)! :D Note: I lost this after upping my calories from 1200 (before exercise) to 1300-1400 on Tuesday, so it really does work (for me, at least)! :)

Up until 2012, I spent 2 years in bed, per doctor's orders. I walk, and that's pretty much the only exercise I get, except for the occasional session of yoga. :) I lose just fine.

That's just beyond cruel - that kid should've been spanked into next week. I've been told that too - in the Danish equivalent of high-school. My case of bullying was extreme though (got beaten up on a daily basis, etc.), but kids telling other kids to kill themselves? Wow.

I know what you mean! I used to drink coke every day - in fact, it used to be the only thing I drank. But now, after having given up coke for around 5 months, I can't even drink a 500 ml bottle - I can probably drink a very small glass, but I don't crave it at all. Same goes for candy and junkfood. I'll eat take-out, but…

It has nothing to do with being fat. But "dumb/stupid" hurts me every time someone uses it. I'm not stupid. Far from it. But in social situations, I may seem that way because of Asperger's Syndrome and ADHD. I guess it says more about the people who use such words, but it gets to me. Bah.

I was able to weigh myself today. :) I've lost 1.1 lb - not a lot, but I haven't been able to exercise much this week either - come Monday, I'll get my butt in gear and get moving! :)
