Roasted cauliflower. Cut up a head, toss with some olive oil and a bit of seasoning and roast at 425 until brown, flipping it occasionally. Eat it like popcorn, it is sooo good! I can eat the whole damn thing.

It seems like everything Special K is a farce. Drinks, cereal, sandwiches, chips, bars... all junk. Yet they manipulate people into thinking they are making a better choice. Sad.

Both. Eat as clean as you can but still allow your self on occasion to have some treats or else you might go crazy and end up binging or giving up.
