I've lost and maintained 50 lbs. Went from a size 22 to a size 14/16 and still see the same me. Our mind is a messed up thing.

I gave my numbers because I know how afraid some people are to actually EAT! I followed MFP calorie recommendations, and obviously it worked well for me.

Use these feelings to fuel your fire. When I started back in march 2015, I remember the exact day. It was the 4th. I went to work and a patient cheerfully pointed at my belly and said "baby???". I remember feeling the blood rush from my face and I said "nope just fat" and i ran to the bathroom and bawled my eyes out. I was…

This would be the quickest weight loss I had ever achieved. Kick his *kitten* to the curb and instantly lose 150 lbs! No way in hell I'd EVER put up with a comment like that. Ever.

I started at 230 lbs at 5'7 and I was eating 2100 calories a day and losing 1-2 lbs a week. Don't be afraid to eat!

I'm debating another round of Les Mills Pump or a round of Body beast. I'm stumped. I've lost 50 lbs and I have another 20-25 to go.

We have laying hens and I love how amazing the eggs taste. :) We sell them for $5 a dozen and can't even keep up with demand.

Maybe a snickers ;)

Anything as long as it fits in my calories :)

1 slice gluten free bread, an egg fried in 1 tsp butter and an apple. BTW I have celiac disease...i'm not gluten free for a fad ;)

I always see these kinds of stories, and I've honestly never came across it in my kids school years and have never heard stories from friends. I'm in Canada, so i wonder if there's certain rules or something? Like the story above about her child being forced to drink milk and then stories about kids being forced to eat a…

I've lost weight before without exercise and I've lost weight before with exercise. Without exercise I dropped weight just fine but I just looked like a smaller version of myself. With exercise I was like damn! I was most defenitely smaller but the way my body looked was nice and smooth and curvy where I wanted curves. And…

If it was easy, everyone would be thin. ;) Feel free to add me. I've lost 50 lbs over the past 1 1/2 years and am working on my last 20-25 lbs.

Ooh I love turbo fire. Oldie but a goodie! Maybe I'll start a round of that along with a round of Les Mills Pump. Seems like they'd compliment each other nicely.

Whenever I'm curious. Usually every 1 1/2 - 2 weeks. I generally go by how much muffin is going over the top. Hehe.

I take a flintstone chewawable, evening primrose oil, vitamin v12, vitamin b6, zinc, magnesium and vitamin D. Most are for fibrocystic breast disease but the D is because I live in Canada and it's dark (blah) and the multi is just to catch any vitamins I'm not hitting.

I have done 2 full round of whole 30 and felt amazing on it both times but for me it's not easily maintained. I also developed a "fear" of eating certain foods because I'm afraid I'll have a reaction. It sounds really dumb but I get anxious if I try and eat them.

I did it for 8 months. Lost quite easily on it, never felt hungry. But for me, my mental health tanked and I just could not get the electrolytes properly balanced so I was dizzy and exhausted. I did lose 40 lbs in 8 months and then lost another 10 lbs doing cico then spent all of 2016 maintaining within 3 lbs. 2017 I am…

Day 5 today. doing great. It's my sons birthday this weekend though and we have a friend party and two family parties, all which I have to make cakes for and cook dinner for. Poor planning on my part. But I bought myself an expensive steak to make when they're having pizza and the other two dinners I'm making compliant…

Butter. On everything. Whipping cream, cheese, bacon. Mmmm.

The carb curve works for me so I'll stick to between 75 and 100 grams a day. I'll start tomorrow!

I'm struggling to get going with round 2. Round 1 was so much easier.

I was on day 2 today but caved due to anxiety and stress. Restarting tomorrow. I figure you only fail when you stop trying.

Almond milk for sure. I'm not a big fan of soy and my doctor actually recommends against it too. We love almond.

@canadjineh I found some at no frills. I'll take a pic of the bag for you and post it in a few minutes. Just laying in bed still. Lazy Sunday.

I bought an instant pot and it's awesome for game meat. I can make fall apart deer roasts in 40 minutes.
