My carbs are set at 87 grams so I'm good for some snacks. I can't afford macadamia nuts though lol. Would need to sell a child. Ha! A trail mix sounds good. I have some squares of 85% chocolate and slivered almonds and apple juice sweetened dried cranberries would be amazing!

My goal isn't to be in ketosis anyways. I just want the benefits of the major reduction in cravings being lower carb yet I want to not have to rely on perfect electrolyte balance by having my carb levels higher than I had before (20g). I was just super surprised and shocked to have the acetone breath this morning

Ooh recipe?

Oh and I keel relatively active. We have a large garden and chickens so lots of chores. Going to start a lifting program soon here.
-
My calories are at 1750. I'm 183 lbs. I've already lost 50 but looking to lose the last 20-30. My carbs are set at 87g. So under 100 as per the Primal Blueprint carb curve.

Prosciutto egg cups. Spray a muffin tin with coconut oil spray (or whatever you use). Put a piece of prosciutto in an muffin tin (line it with the prosciutto like a muffin wrapper). Crack an egg in it. Salt and pepper. Bake at 375 for 15-20 mins till done.

I didn't mean that it wasn't a good time to lift lol. I know it's good to lift weights but just wasn't sure about hose two programs. All the before and after pics with Beachbody are people who are quite fit already so it's a bit scary. ;) I think I'll do a round of beast since I hate leg day, so a program more focused on…

Omg you look amazing! You are my hero!

I actually haven't ran in a few weeks and no reduction in pain I even get chiropractor adjustments.
-
I did start running longer distances. I had jogged on and off for years but really got into it when I started eating better which was may of last year.
-
It sounds coincidental but still weird. Dr Google tells me that some people experience increase back pain when losing weight because the posture is different.
-
In the exact same situation. I love running but haven't gone in the past 3 weeks due to a back and shoulders blade pain. Ct scan revealed multilevel Osteoarthritis but nothing crazy. I've had to put my running on the back burner unfortunately. I plan to start swimming laps at the pool.

Their customer support is amazing!

There's actually Stepbet too. You put $$ into a bet that you'll walk x amount of steps a day and if you don't, then you lose that $. If you hit all your goals in 6 weeks you get a share of the pot.
-
Lol I had to google who she is ;)
-
In the spirit of Easter I immediately thought "mmm cadbury cream eggs" lol
-
I'm in for ad lib April!
-
I keep snacks in the pocket of my scrub pants ;) tomorrow I have some slivered almonds.
-
My son and I both have celiac disease. My son was diagnosed at 6 years old. It gets easier! We very rarely eat out because the pain of being glutened just isn't worth it :( We also basically eat paleo but with white potatoes. We don't do much dairy because neither of us can handle it.
-
I could care less. We have a farm and grown our own meat, eggs and veggies and wouldn't have it any other way. :)
-
I take magnesium about 1/2 hour before bedtime. It knocks me out. I took it once in the morning and had to go back to bed lol. Couldnt even hold my eyes open.

Oh the white castle pie is amazing. My kids love it with a little squirt of mustard on the top!
-
Ended up topping it with the white castle hamburger pie topping and it was amazing!
-
Amazing! Love the keto diet! :)
-
I am using leftover meatballs and pasta sauce that I've been eating for the past 3 days. Need to finish it off and also need to disguise it cause I'm soooooooo tired of meatballs and sauce lol. So I just needed to figure out the topping ;)
-
So get rid of the regular flour, sub in a couple tbsp coconut flour and I'll prob have to double the eggs or triple ?
-
Agree with this. I'm 183.6 lbs and lose nicely on 1800 calories a day. Also, if my carbs creep I gain a ridiculous amount of weight. Just get back down to keto levels (if that's what you're wanting to maintain) and I bet a few pounds are gone within a week
-
Still feel off but I didn't have a ton of salt either
-
But since I HAVE been supplementing potassium then on theory I should be good with just sodium as long as I keep on top of it. :) I thought I was doing pretty good with 3500-4000 mg sodium but I will up it some more :)
