Personally I'd err on the side of caution and go see your doctor. If you'd mentioned just dizziness alone is say more sodium and watch your electrolytes but the but the numb lips just makes me wonder.

@Sunny_Bunny_ and @reblazed Yeah a TSP is 205mg magnesium. But even if I took 600 mg, there'd only be 0.102g carbs for 3 TSP.

@reblazed I take natural calm. This is what the website lists "Natural Calm – Flavored: Calories: .28 calories per serving (2 tsps./4 grams) Carbs: .068 carbohydrates per serving (2 tsps./4 grams)" I take 1 TSP every night so it's what 0.034g carbs.

Your appetite will naturally decrease with low carb high fat, but calories do matter in terms of weight lsos IMO

Down 44 lbs. Went from a size 22 jeans to a 14/16 and 2xl shirt to a large. Still have 25-30 lbs to go :)

Drink lots of water, stay as low carb as you can and you should be back in ketosis in 24-48 hours. Some people even suggest fasting after a "cheat" day/meal.

Small update. Saw the naturopath and she wants me to do a total elimination diet after Christmas. She's sure my issues (AND the horrible fatigue on keto) are caused by a food sensitivity/allergy.

It's strange though because research has shown that candida (yeast) thrives better on ketones tjan glucose. So really I should've been way worse on keto. It doesn't make sense. I'm going to go see my naturopath and see what she says.

New here too and just finished up day 2. Cannot walk properly or even sit down without going "ow!". Lol. Hurts so good. After upper fix today, I'm sure the whole body will be painfully on sync. Ha!

Yesterday I felt horrible. Dozziness, head pressure, brain fog, headache. Ended up binging on popcorn and had some rice cakes for a snack earlier in the day. Carbs were at 99 TOTAL for the day. Woke up this morning and i feel amazing. Energy, no dozziness. I've felt dizzy and exhausted consistently for the last 5 days…
