i couldnt say yes take it because due to contraindications/drug allergies/DH etc etc... from what i know it is a combo of two drugs.. one is an appetite suppressant and the other an anticonvulsant im thinkin. i would say just stick to your diet... you will for sure loose weight.. and dont diet aggressively.. just loose the…

ive been training for 5 years.. if you're referring to steroids... i havnt taken anything before.. im not a competitive bodybuilder so whats the point... plus i have patience.. after two years you look good and every year after that you improve.. so whats the point.

have you set your activity level? if you have set your activity level thenn yes you should eat back you calories... also you shouldnt add the 500 calories on if you have set your activity level..
-
if you have a good amount of fat on you.. then why dont you shed some fat to a reasonable amount.. then focus on building some muscle.. if the amount of fat you have dont bother you... then you can go either way.. its personal preference for u i dont like to go past a bodyfat% where my abs disappear.
-
just focus of macronutrient intake... carbs dont matter.. your body recognises a carb as a carb wherver you get it from... meal timing and frequency doesnt matter (unless your diabetic obv) becuase you cant increase your BASAL metabolism.. and yer its just so simple and str8 forward noooooo complications at all.. the…
-
thats a good idea :) just remember .. you cant speed up you basal metabolism so dont let them make u think you need to eat every 2-4 hours.. it really doesnt matter unless your diabetic for instance. also you dont HAVE to eat everything thats labelled 'healthy' your body recognises a carb as a carb and a fat as a fat..…

in terms of weights and cardio... you dont have to do any at all to loose weight. your fitnesspal should be set at a deficit which will help you to loose wait.. think of weights and cardio as extra calories for you to eat.. because anything you burn in the gym you should be eating back as you calories are already at a…
-
you cant loose weight and gain muscle at the same time... this is sooooooooooooo RARE.. may only see it in very new beginning at the gym or some genetic freaks. you dont need to carb cycle... if you want to loose weight jus simple reduce your calories below your maintenance 10-15% and if you want to put on muscle increase…
-
also in terms of weight loss... u could eat purely doughnuts... if you hit your maintenance calories or your deficit.. theres no way to put on weight without the surplus of energy,,, your not going to get the extra calories from thin air. empty calories does mean you can get hungrier quicker.. but hunger changes with…

i havnt read the posts on this page... but put simply no it doesn at alll for weight loss. now sayin that.. do get your fibre intake.. for obvious reasons.. and more serious ones. try eat atleastttt 2+ portions of fruit and veg each.. (take a multi-vitamin jus incase.. y not) but yer.. if you disagree please tell me for…

yep logging everything is key.. especially oil and fats that may not seem like alot... 1g of fat = 9cal whereas 1g or protein or carb = 4cal and yes thats true.. due to the amount of fluids or food you've taken in varies throughout the day and from the next. but one thing i should add is... you really cant control your…

Firstly just to make sure.. you should weigh yourself at the same time each time... best time being in the morning empty stomach after visiting the toilet. secondly.. if you think your not going over maybeeee you are.. you should weigh your food. if youve lost 4 inches of your waist thats quite alot for just 20 days. the…

100% correct ... it is FACT is constantly eat low carb (more so lowcarb) or constant lower calories without change... your body will go into SURVIVAL mode.. and hold onto your fat.. you should have slightly high calorie/carb days atleasttt once a week.
-
low carb is just stupid. it doesnt matter if you low carb it or not.. nor does it matter if you have carbs at night lol.. if you hitting you calorie deficit... what is your body magically going to get excess calories from to store more fat. enjoy your carbs... the onlyyyyyy time you might want to think about manipulating…
-
what, no way!... your body needs a certain amount of calories to function! even if you dont move an inch all day.
-
ofcourse they can... weight gain/ weight loss is not just a one day thing... its over a period of time... i say think of it weekly.. so hit your targets by the end of the week... if you've gone over it doesnt matter just balance it out and vice versa..
-
also when you eat doesnt matter... your metabolism WILL NOT slow down lol! you cant increase your basal metabolism.. the only way to do it is to build muscle.. even that is insignificant as 1lb of muscle burns 5 calories.. so 10lbs of muscle would only burn 50 calories at rest.. and 10lbs takes ages to build... so…
-
dont label food as 'good' or 'bad' .. food is food. what you eat dont matter its the quantities. so.. track your MACROS (protein/fats/carbs) get 0.7-1g of protein per pound of lean bodyweight get some healthy fats and saturated fats in.. (stay away from saturated fats) eat atleast 2 pieces of fruit and 2 portions of veg a…

thanks everyone... i think im just going to use trail and error... if i start to drop weight ill slightly add on calories and vice versa.. best way to go because obviously there is no accurate way of knowing how many calories you burn during weight training. even though i know my intensity is high. at the moment im just…
-
i train 70+ mins intensive.. moderate-heavy/heavy .. so 360cals stated by this site is prob way under right?
-
yes have a read of what i wrote.. your net calories is already at a deficit... so eat back your calories burned. and yes i wouldnt try to loose too much weight too quickly.. you will put it back on just as fast... a small gradual calorie deficit is more practical and would result in long lasting maintainable weight loss.…
-
if you have set your targets to loose weight... your caloric target would be set to lower than what your body needs to maintain weight... (which should be no more than 20% less than your maintenance calorie needs) so eating you target calories will still enable you to loose weight... so yes you can eat all your exercise…
-
the main point to consider was why hassel yourself with low carbs.. when calorie deficit works. low carbs can make your lethargic, moody etc etc. but hey... if you want to deprive yourself of carbs when theres no need.. then do so.
-
there is low carb and really low carb... eating a low carb diet makes you loose alot of weight in the first 7-14 days right? yes it is mainly water weight! your body is mainly water? remember? also more than say 4 low carb days in a row and your body stops the fat burning process.. hence if doing this you need to carb…
-
i never go above say 8% bodyfat all year.. and thats with alot of cheating here and there... the reason why someone is overweight is because they eat tooooooo much... so going to back to 'normal' isnt really going to back to eating TOO much. you just eat your normal 3 meals.. exercise here and there and no you wont be…
-
lol i know they contribute to calories.. almost everything does. i was sayin not to go on a very low or 0 carb diet because its not practical long term and you will only gain back the weight just as fast if not faster. also if your low carbing for a specific event, the low carb or 0 carb should not last longer than 4 days…
