Just one other thought - I worked my macros out using IIFYM and have custom set my targets on MFP. I have added all the recipes and log daily. So far the plan seems to fit with the macro's I received from IIFYM.

I have done both the old plan and the new plan. None of the plans involve juicing, so I think Tiny_dancer might be referring to something else. Sex is part of your activities of daily living. I would think that you are better off logging exercise that burns a more significant amount of calories.

I feel bad for this guy, and his story got me thinking that this should remind us all that we should find a healthy sustainable way to lose weight, and shun VLCD, or fad diets, which are unsustainable in the long term.

Does 5 hours of manual handling and basic life support training count towards exercise?? Surely all those chest compressions are considered a workout! :laugh: Not sure I'm winning on the water front today - will do better tomorrow.:drinker:
