Hi there, I'm another returning member. I lost 42 kilos last year then a change in job let old habbits creep back into my life. I put back on 15kg this year. But I started a competition on dietbetter.com with some work friends to get back on track and lost 3.4kg in the first week. Nearly the end of the second week now so…

thank you for the suggestions ladies :-) I am hopeful that with the warmer weather and more sunlight in the day I will improve. Byrdiebee - I think I want to see you swim anyway :-)

congratulations :-) Well done!! Keep up the good work. And maybe it's because I'm not part of the medical profession, but when I see a good looking male doctor or nurse in them I think it adds to the 'sexy' look. :-)

great job. You have done really well and have a great chest now also :-)

I did the 30-day-shred. And i have a HRM. For the three levels I burned between 250-300 calories. The only time I got over the 300 was when I had done 20 mins on the bike before hand and was already sweating like a pig before I started. I am still 25-28 kilos over weight and not very fit. When I started the 30DS I was just…

Any improvement is a good one. :-) Don't sell yourself short. Not eating the snickers bars is a great thing if that's your usual thing to do during golf league. Breaking the habbit and forming new ones is the beginning. :-)

Ran UP the ramp at the train station to just catch the train as the doors were closing. 6 months ago I would of said "F... it, I'll wait for the next one" and then been later home missing out on my kids before they go to bed.

Absolutely :-) I'm a relative beginner in the land of Ms JM. I am almost finished my first round of 30DS. I have had a couple of goes at the Yoga Melt Down level 1 ... and got half way through the 6 weeks abs level 1 (after doing level 2 of 30DS ... too much in one night for me). I am noticing I am getting stronger, that…

Fantastic effort. Amazing how you have turned your life around and are much healthier for it. :-) Well done and keep up the good work.

One of my more recent trips to the doc after some blood tests showed that my cholesterol was below the normal range. :-)

working mum of a 3 year old and 5 year old. I have lost 31kgs to date.

Thank you for the info. Yes I did enter my weight and height. And I updated my weight yesterday as I had lost 2 kgs since I got the HRM and will continue that each time my weight goes down. Thank you for that, so maybe it is right. I am always huffing and puffing and sweating at the end of it but I figured it's just…

Thank you for the lovely comments :-) Sorry I've been a little distracted over the weekend with some family stuff.

Fantastic effort. Being a mother of 2 young kids myself it tugs at the heart strings with the number of photo's I've chosen to not be in, or not wanted to be taken and held the kids up infront of me to cover everything. ... I'm still a WIP but getting there. Great job for setting the example for your little one and I will…

Congratulations :-) Fantastic effort in getting to your goal and a great photo with your family.
-
You're doing better than me :-) I still don't know ... but after reading a few posts I figure it's something good. LOL
-
Got my blood test results from my doctor and any levels that aren't within the 'normal' range are flagged as red. My cholesterol was flagged because it was lower than the 'normal' range.
-
Even the look on your face is a happier person :-) Well done and good luck getting to your goal.
-
Love the pic with the 'big plates' :-) Great job on the weight loss you have done a fantastically well. Keep it up.
-
Such a big difference. Well done :-)

You have done a truly AMAZING job in 4 months. We have been on each others friends list for a little while now and I just expect to see the HUGE loses and HUGE calorie burns from you EVERY SINGLE DAY now :-) The changes you have made and stuck to are fabulous. Such an amazing result. And i know you will hit the 100 pretty…

hi there, I generally eat around 1400-1500 a day (up and down a little from time to time). I don't eat back exercise calories at the moment. As I am full enough on what I currently eat. :-)
-
Thank you very much :-) That is my wish also. Congratulations on your loss so far and I hope you can soon lose your 5 yr old grand daughter ;-) in a good way of course. And I'm with you on the crossing legs thing, I did the same just last night and was rather surprised.
-
Great job, that is fantastic. Hopefully around the middle of July I would of lost both my kids combined. :-)
-
Thank you all for the lovely replies :-) For the couple of you that asked .... I starting by cutting out the soft drink as I was drinking 2 litres of coke a day some days. And stopped the chips and chocolate. I have an intolerance to corn that took a while to figure out so I have spent the last 15 years with what I thought…

Fantastic job. Congratulations. I am 400grams away from loosing my 5 year old ... looking forward to that milestone.
-
Fantastic work. Well done keep up the great job! :-)
-
fantastic job :-) Well done on the weight loss and good luck with the last 5 kg. :-) Hopefully this time next year I'll be on my last 5kg also.
-
Thank you for the replies ladies :-) I am hoping that the other areas of my body will eventually shrink a little on their own. But all up I need to loose around 45% of my body weight. And after 2 kids and stretch marks, I didn't think there was going to be anything non-surgical that could be done about my stomach. I will…

Thank you everyone :-) With Easter now behind me I'll be back off the chocolate, but I didn't have the strength to not have anything over the weekend :-(
