YOU LOOK GREAT!! HOW LONG HAS IT TAKEN TO GET YOUR CURRENT WEIGHT?
When I was at my heaviest 182lb that was in 2010 ..I got down to 165lb in 2011/12 my final year in uni ...i think due to stress/very hectic schedule but I never was purposely trying to loose weight then although i wasn't complaining ..I officially started MFP when i was 165lb back in sep '12 so im here where i am now ....though i haven't lost weight since feb which is frustrating ... i've recently started a more intense workout regime so im hoping ill start loosing soon
