Polar FT4 - how does it work out calories?
I got a Polar FT4 for mothers day just under 2 weeks ago and have been using it for exercise and my morning walks. I am not sure how it all works. I've now lost a spare tyre :-) 30 kilos down

I made it, 20kg in 3 months
Very happy to report that I have managed to loose 20 kilos in 3 months. :-) Now onto the next 20, lets hope that drops off just as quickly. I still have a long way to go >40kg. 2200 calories ... does that sound right?
afternoon all, when I went through and set up my profile it has just automatically picked 2200 calaroies a day for me. Is that right, or do you need to select it yourself?
