I would eat a banana before going out and a few glasses of water. I would do that about a half hour before planning on going for the run. That way it settle in your tummy and you are hydrated well.

I'm not sure what you have been eating. But try eating more raw foods and less processed foods. Up your water and protein intake and you shouldn't feel hungry.

Try not doing a solid hour on the it. You will loose more weight and ton much faster if you add in some weight training and strength training/.

Can you or anyone else recommend one? I have heard a lot of talk about that on here. But I have been confused when shopping for one what to get. Money is tight and I can't afford to do trail and error. as for the original post eat them if you feel like you need to eat them. Somedays I do and somedays I don't.

You definitely don't want to eat empty cals. My trainer has told me a banana is a great pre work out snack. It's fast and easy and gives you just enough carbs and it also is a good source of potassium which is important for your muscles during your workout.
