Buy items specifically for you, and hide your portion. I know this sounds extreme, but when my mom lived with me, she almost ate me out of house and home! I had to hide things. and yes, frozen meals are ok once in a while, but theyre so high in sodium.

very rarely. Personally, 'bad' foods for me are trigger foods, and I'm not able to portion myself with trigger foods yet, so I don't even bother with them. My biggest "bad" food is popcorn (100 calorie one), but thats about it.

I have it and prefer it over any other method (MFP, Heart rate monitor, etc.)- from what i've read its much more accurate than both of those. I don't use the MFP tool because it's never right for me. it always says I burn WAY more than I do. i don't trust it. I love it.

Everyone does this differently, as you'll see. Personally, I never eat my work out cals. To me (and I might be wrong- I'm not a scientist), but if I'm eating back my work out calories- why bother to work out? To me, it just creates more of a deficiency. Thanks ladies. I started on Strattera but it made me into a zombie. I actually fell asleep AT work and didn't know where I was when I woke up. It was awful. i'm glad its working for you! i wish I could have stayed on it. vyvanse seems to be working well, i'm just worried about getting the cals in.

i agree. I did 15 min of eliptical today and it said i burned 290 calories!! i changed it, but can you imagine if I ate back those calories when in reality I only burned 150?

I also have bad left wrist with arthritist so I can't put much weight on it or do things like push ups ... would that be an issue. basically i can't put direct weight on my palm (especially not 280 lbs of weight)
