Busted Knee- Stopped working out- losing weight rapidly??
So I busted up my knee a week ago. When it happened, I was at yet ANOTHER plateau. Since I've busted it up, I've been in "bumming" mode. Busted my knee-what to do in meantime?
i fell down the stairs this morning and dislocated my knee. (Wish that story was so much more bad a-- like I dislocated it wrestling a lion... Treadmill vs outdoor run
forgive me if this is an ignorant post, but I'm trying to get Into running. I love cardio. But I've found that when I run on a treadmill it's like pure death. I get tired SO easily... But if I run outside its so much easier. What in the world??

Does anyone else seem to retain water when they sleep? Weigh in heavier in the mornings?
First, let me start by saying I eat doing intermittent fasting. So from when I wake up (5:30) until around noon, I only have water and sometimes coffee. I'm on carb overload. It NEVER fails. It's all I want. Carbs and salt. Like mayonaise and bread. It's so gross but tastes so good at the time lol. I don't crave chocolate as much as I do carbs and salt... how do ya'll handle this awful , awful time?
