If you could make a challenge, what would you like to see?

I'm seriously considering making an elimination challenge... a few questions for the public- I want your input!

What things do you look for in a challenge? what's important to you?

What is a reasonable time frame? I was thinking 12 weeks?

Do you like simple weigh ins- or weekly challenges?

Teams or no teams?

Any input would be great!!

    I like teams! They keep me motivated as I don't want to let the side down! :happy:

    It would be good to have a challenge that tracks weight and inches lost.

    I'm not a massive fan of mini challenges within challenges. :frown:

    12 weeks is a good time frame!

    I would love to see eliminating the scale and measure ones body fat, waistline and how are they feeling instead. The scale does not lie but it does not tell you everything.

    - Healthy & positive competition

    What is a reasonable time frame?
    -12 weeks is great (Christmas as the last weigh in) :tongue:

    Do you like simple weigh ins- or weekly challenges?
    - Simple weigh ins (Once a week e.g: Mondays)

    Teams or no teams?
    - Ok with both
