I'm just starting off and have found it really hard to find the time to log meals after eating them. I'm gonna try preplanning the meals the night before. That might help.

I felt that way to so I alternate eating protein bars and some times canned tuna.

I know some people love being sore. I wish I was one of those people. I usually take my dogs for a good long walk and that helps get ride of the soreness. I find that sitting around actually makes it last longer for me.
