sometimes fast food has a lot more sodium then the item would have if you made it yourself. Higher sodium can cause you to retain water. I like to cycle my calories. So some days im way below my allowance, on other days im above (in the red). I usually save my "cheat" meals for the days I plan to cycle above my allowance. Things like Pad thai, chinese, burgers, etc. I still count the calories of course. I still plan to stay under my weekly allowance.…
