At 5'1" and 105lbs, you need to recomp your body. So I would suggest starting strength training. In my profile, there's a side by side pic of my before and after... same weight, but looks totally different. I am not as lean as I was in that after pic now, so trying to get back to that leanness.

Yes, you can eat whatever you want and lose weight. But weight loss is not an indication of good health. I think it's best to eat healthier and balanced meals, and have the junks in moderation. I am not one who say you have to eat 100% clean. I sure don't, but you do need the right nutrients to fuel your body. That's very…

Idina's.

You are way ahead of the game. I didn't even exercise until my son (baby #2) was 18 months old. You can do it.
-
I would guess no.

Lifting does wonder for the bum and abs.

I would just pick a goal, and reevaluate as you get closer to see if your goal is indeed what you want.

Was just about to ask if she saw Miley. LOL. LMAO at juices. EWWWWWW.

My kids are 4 and 5. I work out after they go to sleep. I almost never work out for more than 45 min, so it's not too much time to squeeze in.

With so little to lose, I would eat a small deficit, weight train and do HIIT and/or circuit training. I haven't lost weight; it wasn't my goal. But weight training and HIIT really transformed my body.
-
Amazing transformation. You look fabulous.

Amazing job, ladies.

Depending on the elasticity of your skin, you may always have a little bit of loose skin. My belly skin is not noticeable while standing, but it's loose when I am sitting and bending over. If you have some fat in the area, then you can lose it by eating a small deficit and weight training and HIIT. I find that to be most…

Yup... lift heavy at maintenance calorie, make sure you are getting enough protein.
-
Most likely water retention from new exercise, but your body typically fluctuates 3-5lbs a day anyways. So 2lbs is nothing.

I can start seeing definition when you get into the "good" range... although I never had my bf% accurately measured. I think I was in the 19-20% range when I saw definition.
-
Girl, your belly is non-existence. To OP, with those workouts, I would look closer at your diet to help with the belly. Also it may just be time... your belly skin just need time to firm up. You may also want to add in more strength training that doesn't target the abs specifically.

Just don't tell people you are losing weight. Say you want to fit and look awesome in your wedding dress.

If your analysis says your BMR is 1462, then I would eat more than 1480 net. I would eat closer to 1700-1800 net. Or you can start with 1480 for a month, and reassess to see if you need to up it more.

You look amazing.

The site that you posted with pictures of women at different BF% seems off. Look to me that they are assigning a lower BF% than actual. Here's another one for you check out: http://www.builtlean.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/body-fat-percentage-women.jpg My stats: Height: 5'3" Weight:108 Chest: 33 Waist: 25 Hips: 36.5…

I second bodyrock.tv and want to add ZWOW: http://m.youtube.com/#/user/ZuzkaLight?&desktop_uri=%2Fuser%2FZuzkaLight I work out right after work while DH watches the kids or after the kids sleep at night. I wake up at 5:30am for work, and I just can't get out of bed earlier than that. But morning is another option if you…

The one with your daughter on your lap. Also love the rainbow button one.

You can drink your whole milk, as long as it fits in your calorie goal. But have you try organic 2%, 1% or skim? I hate regular 2%, 1% and skim because they don't taste like milk. The organic ones still taste like milk. I like almond milk on its own, but not in my coffee. I don't use milk for cereal, but I would probably…

Really? I am liking the twist of Renard and Juliette. It makes sense to me with him saving/waking her up, that they are tied together somehow.

Ditto everyone who said squats, deadlifts and lunges with heavy weights. Adding weights make a big difference for my butt. I also like kettlebell swings. I remember someone recommended weighted glute bridges.

It's harder to gain muscle than lose it, so I suggest doing both cardio and strength training to maintain your LBM while losing weight.

I had been maintaining since high school??? I weigh the same since then, except for pregnancies and postpartum before the weight came off. I got on MFP to lose my post baby belly. I started with 1200 calories and exercising (I always eat my exercise calories). I upped my calories when my body leaned out to MFP calculated…
