Not sure if I am considered curvy at 33.5-25.5-36 with only B cups. I actually find that can wear most trends/styles without issues. Although sometimes you have to try on different brands to find one that works. I wear low-raise jeans to avoid the gap at the waist.

When I was younger, I was very self-conscious about my body. Now I am happy with it. It depends on how much it's affecting you and your life. Maybe go see a therapist about it.

I suggest talking with someone to get over the fear of eating and losing control. I am 5'3" and 108+/- lbs, and I eat at least 1600 calories a day. If you feel jiggly, then you probably need to gain some lean mass. Yes, your weig will go up, but you will be tighter. Good luck.

Never thought of that. Personally, I am not motivated by someone who doesn't look better than me. But if their clients look better than me, then it says something.
