Smack bang in the middle of Norwich.

It changes from several times to once. I don't care really, I just try to keep within my 8 hour eating window.

I'm a member of "The Gym" (http://www.thegymgroup.com/). It's as cheap as they come, open 24/7, closes maybe 3-5 days a year, and is just all round awesome. the only down side to such a gym is it's focus on machines over free weights. I'd personally appreciate having more than 1 oly bar and power rack but there you go. I…

I regularly have fish and chips, hasn't done me any harm so far. And on the plus I'm sure the protein content of the piece of fish far outstrips the protein content of fish cakes, so they're that.

Feel free to add away.

Sounds about right. Keep at it and it'll become easier, so long as you rest when required, but for low resistance on a stationary, 200 calories an hour is pretty much the ball park figure.

Personally speaking I've found mfp to overestimate calories burnt by an awful lot, Sometimes by up to 3 times as much as I actually did.

Wait. after 2 years if there's still too much. Doctors = surgery.

Hell Yeah. Going to be giggles seeing all those red numbers, be GLORIOUS.

Are you eating back calroies burned from that hour cross trainer? If not, I'd hazard a guess, about 2 pounds a week, if you are, about a pound a week. But that's not a very accurate estimate and so many variables can mess around with it.

http://scoobysworkshop.com/womens-beginning-dumbbell-workout/ You get the general idea though, you could also do a 3 day split focusing on upper body/lower body alternating the two. S'all fairly simple and straightforward.

You need to be eating at a caloric surpless to build muscle.
-
Kind of wobbled about on a cross trainer for a bit.

Absolutely nothing.

Being sore isn't a very good measure of a workout tbh. Most people do stop getting doms after a while. Basically, end of the day, just keep good form and you've nothing to worry about, but I wouldn't completely disregard machines by the way. Plenty of good uses out of them.

400 calories an hour of exercise sounds very reasonable.

Nope.
-
Do exercise. It's not just about calories burnt.
-
some audio books and alot of walking.

Cardio doesn't kill gains, and unless you're eating a caloric surpless you won't be making any gains anyways, (besides, noob gains, maybe) Do your cardio.

You've so got this.

Just Omega 3 fish oil and I'm still convinced it's more akin to snake oil than anything else.

20-30 mins of cardio a day, and if you're going to do weight training (you really should, 'tis amazing) I would strongly suggest sticking as close as possible to your daily calorie intake making sure to hit your protein requirements. If you want to build muscle you really need to be eating at a calorie surplus which isn't…

If it's a decent chippy then they're not actually that bad for you. I'd have just gone for it tbh.

Cardio always takes priority. Always.

From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_intoxication#Prevention "Healthy kidneys are able to excrete approximately 1 litre of fluid water (0.26 gallons) per hour. However, stress (from prolonged physical exertion), as well as disease states, can greatly reduce this amount." It's extremely difficult to do any damage from…
