I'd like to say I eat healthy late at night, but like Engol I save my calories as that's when I'm most relaxed and like to have a little 'treat'. However, you could have things like veggies and hummus or as riam32 said, some popcorn. I have no other suggestions coz, like I said, that's my treat time!!! Lami

Can I ask something though? Does MFP recognise when you're at your goal and advise calorie intake accordingly? I mean my 'ideal' weight has a pretty large range (40 lbs) and I'd be happy to be within the high end of that.
