Week 7 Day 2 done. I'm nearly done with the program. But I'll have lots of room for speed improvement as I have no speed to talk of. But who would have believed a few weeks ago that now I can run for over 25 minutes, on rolling hills.

I'll answer that for you CICO is Calories In Calories Out. You WILL lose weight if your calories in are less than your calories out. The challenge is getting the right numbers for both CI & CO.

JFT 08-29-17 hmmmm* Be considerate of High school girls feelings as I have a chat with one or two of my team members * Log every bite * Stay in green * Water 64+ * Do a day of C25K * Vacuum - but not until after I do C25K day - that takes priority.

Week 7 is dragging It's raining daily here and I don't have an indoor alternative. Fortunately I'm not in Texas so I'll be patient. I'm not dedicated enough to run in the rain yet nor do I have the gear to keep my phone dry.

I’m been offline for a few days. I had a solar eclipse trip and it really whacked us hard. It was all totally worth it, but man, what a trip. If you want to read my saga: The plan was to go Saturday morning and join my sister in the mountains of north Georgia for the weekend, then early in the dark of Monday morning drive…

Ah @joan6630 , I feel you too. Last night I was driving home from the feed store, it was about 6 and I had nothing new planned for dinner. (We've been eating off a Boston butt all week and I was tired of pork.) I have not been getting enough sleep. (Need to set a bed time as a JFT again) I called my husband and the words…

The run was fantastic. Really energized me. Came back in the house at 10:15 from the run, finished the 2nd load of laundry and vacuumed the downstairs. Ordered husband around since he was sitting on the couch laughing at me saying "Two years ago you wouldn't be doing any of this stuff, now you come home, cook, run,…

Do you make your own? I like it so much better homemade.

Hi guys! Love you - mean it! I am just swamped right now. I am 106 posts behind. My last read is back on page 104! It's financial statement close time and we get a little crazy - especially when a top dog just retired. Regular Daily JFTs are to * stay in calories and * drink water and * get my 10,000 steps. Been doing OK…

"Jog 1/2 a mile" when I started - Hah! hardly jog down the driveway, but I had walking down to a science. I am in week 6 of C25K. So much good advice above. I agree - slow is the key. I have not had to redo a week or a lesson yet, but that is also standard advice. If the current week you are on is hard - do it again.…

Look for the podcast "Half Size Me." She has a really positive message.
