I just get dragged off to other pursuits sometimes. Can't afford to stay away for too long, but it was the holidays and there was a car crash (daughter mostly OK), and shopping and job interviews and and and ..... Another catch up item from last year: My ending year weight was 194.7 :( It is not what I expected but I will take it. I really slacked off the last three months, but I did not lose control. Staying flat and not gaining weight is a victory. And I lost over 30 pounds in 2017. Here's to 2018!
