Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're not. Log everything but enjoy not having to monitor so much today. Try to eat back some but not all of your burned calories. 1650 (your BMR) plus upto 1400 extra. But the less you eat the faster you will lose! It is like a free day :)

Try pushing your first meal back as long as you can.... if you dont HAVE to eat at 7am then don't.... have some tea in the morning or coffee to jump your metabolism and then eat at 9:30.... when you eat then have the highest fiber thing you can have (in the morning) this will make you full all day..... fiber plus…

Starbucks has some really filling and health meals on the go... I love their chipotle chicken wraps, their smoothies are full of protein fiber and real fruit, and I LOVE coffee... black is only 5 calories and works as an appetite killer! I could TOTALLY loose weight eating only Starbucks.... save money thought?...I dont…

The Tuna I get at target (market basket brand) has 100 calories and 22 grams of protein for the container.... I miss it with olive oil mayo (35 cal/tbsp) garlic, red, onion, salt, pepper, fat free feta cheese (35 cal per 1/4 of a cup) and stuff it in a low cal pita pocket or eat it plain!
