Binge coming! Help!

I had a stressful day and I literally feel the urge to binge RIGHT now.... I also feel like myfitnesspal is my "sponsor" lol HELP!

Also feel free to add me, or give any advice/help!

  • Ok Madie! Good job for reaching out! Get that guitar out and play. No food will be that great considering how bad it will make you feel after. Take a warm bath...do anything to get your mind off the rough stuff and into relax mode. Hang in there!

    I to have this urge today and I have already ate way too much and feel blah. When I want to binge its normally because I am tired, whether I want to go to bed or not lol. So I say distract yourself and make yourself really tired. Take a bath... paint your toes. Reading, helps distract you and can make you too tired to eat. Perhaps call a close friend to talk about your day it might make you feel better. Organize something in your house keeps you busy and normally will make you feel better. Go check out he success story board always motivating. I know its hard... Big hugs! Keep busy!
  • Binging today will mean one extra day of dieting! Give yourself that day less and stick to it. You're worth stick to it and losing weight. You're totally worth that wonderful feeling when you see you've lost weight.

    It's going to be great knowing you've resisted a binge! Everytime you do, you get stronger! There's no need for it. You don't need that stuff.

    You're worth treating yourself wonderfully...not filling up on garbage that's going to make you feel horrible!
  • Stay strong!! I gave in and ate a few slices of pizza over the weekend. What's done is done, can only move forward now lol Drink a glass of water, chew gum ,brush your teeth!!
  • Thanks guys! I resisted! I am going o take a bath and brush my teeth and GO TO SLEEP! Tomorrow I have a whole bunch more calories to healthfully eat! :)
  • Teeth brushing always helps me :) And when all else fails, go to sleep! And look forward to breakfast. ;)
