  • Oh man! I hate that I missed this! If you have any openings I'd love to join! :)

  • Perfect! Sunday is my normal weigh in day anyway! :)
  • Looking forward to the challenge! :)
  • Hi! My name is Sara, and I think the idea of the weekly challenge is great! I have a lot of weight to loose. I have started my MFP journey the beginning of September, so I am fairly new, but I have been having success with both food changes and exercising, but bringing interest and variety to my exercise would be great! lol
  • I have a similar goal! You can do it!!! :) I am nervous for the holiday family dinners coming up, but I am going to just stay focused!!! :)
  • LOVE this idea!! I have also started this competition with a friend - whoever has more minutes of exercise for the week "wins." The idea is that the winner has a trophy to display in their house. We live far away from each other so we each made one (a decorated peanut butter jar) and we get to keep it if we win or give it…
  • I'm glad I'm not the only one!! Lol I love the tip about keeping a measuring cup in the cheese itself! I also struggle with late night snacking, I have just tried to make sure I have some calories left and make better choices about what I am snacking on :)
  • it is a beautiful sight!!!
  • My "rules" have been -to log everything I eat (this is partially to learn about the foods I am eating, and to learn how to make better choices) -nothing is off limits - but I really try to stay in my calorie limits so it becomes about choices, do I want to spend over 300 calories on the large coke from McDonald's?…
  • Ok, so this is going to sound pretty silly, but I have an exercise program on my phone that I really enjoy! Zombies, Run! It is an audio story you listen to while "running" (although, I use it walking or on the ellptical, etc). It is the typical post apocalyptic setting, but the characters are fun and the story is enough…
  • Hi! I'm Sara, 35 years old. I have been married to my amazing husband for 13 years, and we have 1 daughter, who is 3! I downloaded MFP to my phone eons ago, but only started the program in September. I started at 364, and as of my last official weigh in I am down 22lbs - woohoo! lol
  • I have that all the time, I don't know why, or what it means, so I know that doesn't really help! But I thought I would let you know you are not alone!! :)
