Hehe. If someone waves or says hello, I ALWAYS respond. But if they don't sometimes I say hello, sometimes I don't. All depends. Make sure you wave at the scary looking ones. Maybe they won't kidnap you if you are nice..LOL....at least that's what I think when I see 'em.

She should not work at a gym. Just saying. Men's section indeed. I used to get stares going in that section and I was much fatter then! But I'd just put on my music and do whatever I wanted. Now I get nods. DO YOU! Do they pay more than you? And the men are the ones who never rerack things. Haha!

Focus should probably be on shaving time off her/your PACE, not your time. The former is much easier than the latter! Shaving 4 minutes of her time is great! Good improvement for that time period, IMO. There is really no rule of thumb for how long it should ake to improve one's time or how long it will take to get faster…

Unless you are diabetic, pre-diabetic or have blood sugar issues, I wouldn't worry about it too much. I was pre-diabetic and had to watch my fruit intake a bit. Even then, my nutrition coach said that even if I over do fruit sometimes, its not a big deal because its natural sugar that your body knows what to do with.…
