I love Special K's sweet and salty popcorn crackers..... Also Laughing Cow light cheese.... Quick, easy, low cal.

For what it's worth, I have a Nike Fuel Band and love it. I try to meet my step goal and my Nike Fuel goal every day. It doesn't measure things like cycling though.... unless I put it on my shoe...then it does. Good device have had since March.

I always eat an Atkins Peanut Butter Granola bar. Only 3 net carbs and super easy.... Keeps me full for about 5 hours!

My trick is eating a small Greek Yogurt... The protein fills me up and helps me wait until it's really time for a meal. My other go to, guilt-free hold over snack is Special K Cracker Chips with a wedge of laughing cow cheese.... again, holds me over until meal time!

12 mile bike ride.... felt great! I couldn't have done that last summer!

Yes...Greek Yogurt is a good one for me... Pizza is great... but I eat too much of it when it's here... so I avoid it!

I have a Nike Fuelband and love it. I am especially interested in the pedometer feature, but I find that pushing to make my Nike Fuel goal has been valuable. Research it.... see if it meets your needs... I really enjoy mine!

Oh me too... lost 81 pounds and have been stuck for quite awhile now.... still eating less and exercising more than ever! I'm reading the advice posted here with great interest.

I'm 5'6" 180ish (depending on the day), and pretty consistently wear a 12 pants and M or L on top. I'm finding more 10s that fit these days, and today splurged on a new pair of size 10 jeans..... Hope to lose about 30 pounds more.....

OK! Great way to start the month! I'm bouncing around from 186-184...have been stuck for awhile! Desperately want to be under 180 by the eom. I'm 5'6" and 49!

Yes! Get fajitas... shrimp or chicken... skip the tortillas and sour cream.. just eat the meat, veggies, lettuce, salsa and such... I do splurge and eat guacamole.... Stay away from the tortilla chips!

Love mine! I have a 10,000 step/day goal plus a 3000 fuel point goal.... this keeps my goals at the front of my thoughts and I find myself doing little extra things just to push the numbers higher. I wish I could sync it somehow with MFP.... but all-in-all, I think it's a great investment.

I only log losses.... Sometimes it takes awhile... but I love seeing the downward trend!

My favorite snack is 2 triangles of Laughing Cow Lite Cheese and 30 Special K Cracker Chips... 180 calories for the whole snack!

I'm just using a regular pedometer, but shooting for 10,000 steps a day. By early evening, if I'm not close, I either go for an extra walk or hit the treadmill to hit my goal. It seems that my daily routine gets me about 6500 steps, and then I have to work to get up to 10K. I think it's worth it though.....

The first 50-60 came off pretty fast.... June through December... Since then it's slowed way down.....have lost 17 since Jan. 1, but it's been tough..... and I'm exercising more!

I love to get shrimp or chicken fajitas. I'll eat the meat and veggies w/ salsa, and a little guacamole but skip the tortilla and sour cream.

I think so! I left town for a couple days and didn't log in.... it was nice to have my friends checking in to be sure I hadn't fallen off the wagon!

5'6" , 188. Usually a 12 (Gap, Old Navy, Levis, Vera Wang).... Probably 10 lbs. away from a 10!
