Natural sugar is okay, added sugar isn't. That is my advice for that one. If you go over sugar make sure it is from things that have natural sugars born into them. I never get below my sugar goal, but I still lose weight and feel great because I stay away from added sugar.

Six pumps of coffee mate and sometimes 2 packets of sugar. I go to Starbucks most of the time though, so having pure coffee is rare for me. That is what I do when I have it though. I don't usually have it at Starbucks.

Raw honey is actually good for you. I'll choose it over sugar any day.

I weighed 204 when I started and the first month I lost 10 lbs. Don't force it though. If it happens it happens. I lost 8 pounds of water weight in the past two weeks just by improving my diet and drinking a lot more water. That is water weight though. I expect I'll slow down to one pound a week again now.

I have mine once a month. My last one was yesterday and my next is easter. I could never do it once a week because I always go all out and enjoy everything. I plan my cheat days months in advance now and I won't break the plans for anything.

At least it wasn't a COSTCO pizza 2 times a week. You would have been totally screwed then. Those things taste like heaven, but one whole pizza is over 4000 calories. I forgot this and ate a quarter of one on Tuesday. Lucky I am a fitness freak / gym rat.

This actually works, but it's still not worth it. You can't work out a lot and your food choices are extremely limited. It's only for a month, but I still wouldn't recommend it at all. Plus if you don't know enough about nutrition you can get screwed up so much. I got from 195 to 160 doing it 2 or 3 years ago. I gained the…

I just took one a few minutes ago. It's cold and windy, but I had my trusty black hoodie on and was protected. :)

My goal is 120 and I'm also 5'3. I have mine set at 2 lbs a week, though sometimes some weeks are better than others. I've lost 39 lbs since last April. I started at 204 lbs and now I weigh 165 lbs.

At least you haven't had to deal with a big Costco cake ( a third of it ) just sitting on the counter all week. I swear it's been taunting me! Haha.
