I do 4 hours 5 hours on Thursdays I'm always careful not to overdo it. My workout is very varied.

I did 500 squats I also didn't eat a little bag of chocolate my sister gave me. I'm saving it for Easter.

Nope, just squats. I was going to try to do 5000, but once I started I realized I was insane so I just did 500.

April 2nd is my 1 year anniversary of joining the gym and getting serious. I'm totally in on this! Plus if I do this I'll be a few pounds PAST my half way point.

You will have an easier time maintaining if you stick to 1 or 2. Even 3 is fine, but anything higher than that isn't a good idea. Slow and steady win the race.

I used to go as far as logging individual ingredients. I try not to do that too often now though because I was starting to OCD. Haha.

I haven't worn my fanny pack for a long while and I noticed I no longer have to wear it at the smallest part of my waist on the biggest setting! I can wear it on my hips and I actually had to tighten it!

I stopped once for a few months, and gained 25 pounds. Now that is all off after being almost completely faithful for nearly 12 months. I'm also nearly to my half way point of 42 lbs.

I'll be on night two of this tonight. I'm trying not to eat anything after 10pm. I have also gone sugar free as well. :smile:

I have a friend that eats there 3 times a day sometimes. He is like a living hulk though and has a ton of muscles and is in really great shape. He goes to the gym twice a day and looks absolutely flawless. You should see what he eats when he doesn't eat out... dreamy...

This should exclude natural sugars because those really can't be avoided. It's the added sugars that you should be worried about. My mom is actually allergic to cane and beet sugar.

I sometimes ask people for advice when I already know what to do to fix hat ever is going wrong. I sometimes feel like asking advice annoys people. I at 1000 calories worth of Starbucks items yesterday. I know most of my lack of weight gain is due to my lack of water intake lately.

I only drink Zevia once a month. It's a soda that is sweetened with stevia instead of sugar. I only drink regular soda once or twice a year. I drank some on Halloween. I feel much better without regular soda, I never miss it.
