No... I have a blast at the gym. I am varied in my workouts. I do a lot of different stuff. Like for example yesterday I went swimming, did weight lifting on a lot of different machines, did ab exercises, stretching, barbells, Dumbbells, TRX, kettlebelll, and cardio on 5 different machines. :)

The machines at my gym have sensors to measure heart rate, you can also enter weight, and age. On a level from 1-25 I usually have my machine on level 15. My heart rate is between 165 and 169 most of the time while I'm on it. I burned around 170 cals doing 15 minutes. I suppose it's reasonable to believe this?

I have trouble with portions sometimes. I love making cheese quesadilla, nachos, sandwiches, and sometimes put it in my soup! I mostly eat Kirkland Sharp cheddar, and pepper jack. I don't know if cottage cheese counts, but I eat that too.

I am 5'3 and have a little less than 50 to lose!

Welcome to MFP! If you are consistent you will definitely achieve results!

No, unless throwing a rock through a school window counts. HYE eaten a whole cake before?
-
In the morning before anything, usually only on Saturdays and occasionally on Wednesdays after I workout.

I'm not looking to completely cut it out, I just need to learn how to stop using it as a calorie filler. I suck at thinking of stuff to eat. Haha. If I'm not careful sometimes in the past I didn't eat enough.

Zevia is my favorite soda, it has zero calories and sugar. So far as juice goes I only drink cranberry juice. I mostly drink water though. Oh yeah and I drink milk and herbal tea as well. Celestial Seasonings has some great caffeine free tea. Lots of flavors. :)

Garden of Life: Raw Meal powder or protein powder. I use this stuff before I go to the gym and sometimes while I'm at the gym and it gives me SO much energy and it's super healthy. It's not the best tasting stuff in the world, but it is one of the best. Sometimes I mix it with Amazing Grass green superfood and magic…

I love yoga! I'm no expert, but it is amazing. :)

Sometimes I lose 2 pounds a week, but most of the time I lose 1 pound a week or 1 pound every other week. It really depends on what I decide to do that week.
-
I weigh myself every Saturday before I eat anything or drink anything.

I ate a whole slice of cake because it was my niece's birthday a few days ago. I was only a couple hundred from my calorie limit. I just waited a while and then went out for a walk. I did not gain anything back. In fact I think I lost half a pound.

I pay $35 dollars for a half an hour session with my personal trainer once a month. It isn't for everyone, but for me personally just that once a month visit is a huge help. My trainer gives me routines that challenge and strengthen me, I just do most of the work on my own. I am highly motivated and love working out, but…

That is probably my favorite machine at Gold's Gym. Sometimes when I get to 30 min I just keep going.

I'm planning on going down to 115. I probably wouldn't go any lower than that, but it depends on your frame, everyone is different, even if there are others of the same height. I'm doing it mostly because I want to have room to go out and have junk food days every once in a while without having to worry about going over my…

Welcome to MFP! Glad to have you here. :)

Don't worry about protein, that won't kill you if you go over. I go over mine all the time and it is fine.

Your body needs up to 1200 calories for basic function. According to what I have read your net should at least be somewhere close to 1200 at the end of the day. Anything less than that and your body doesn't have the minimum calories it needs. If you don't have enough calories your metabolism will slow down and sometimes…

One other factor in weight loss slowing down is when you gain muscle. If you workout a lot you can't always rely in the scale, especially if you are strength training. What you should be paying attention to is if your clothes are starting to fit better. Sometimes people don't recognize this when they workout. If you are…

25 in July! Any of you can add me. :)

Don't worry about the weight so much. If you are staying the same weight but are beginning to fit your clothes better anyway that just means that you are gaining muscle and that is very good. Make sure your net calories are at at least 1200 by the end of the day. You need that energy to keep your body functioning properly.…
