Same for me. I was just reading my old journal and noticed a pattern in my entries-years and years of nothing changing. I broke the news in July, we finished mediation yesterday and meet with the lawyer Monday. It should be over by January. I am very glad I finally did this, as scary as it is. (it's amicable. We're…

Like the others said, you have to use weights that challenge you. Gender doesn't matter. Strength does. As does form. You need to chose weights that allow you to do the full motion of the exercise and still keep good form, otherwise you're setting yourself up for injuries. But don't go too light, or you'll just be wasting…

Sounds like this is more of a challenge that might benefit from Cognitive Behavioral therapy for sleep disorders. It takes a look at your thoughts and beliefs about sleep, and how they impact your behavior that ultimately disrupts your sleep habits. It also focuses strongly on sleep hygiene. Regardless, this sounds like…

I'm getting divorced after 15 years together. I don't do the bar thing, so at a loss of how to meet people. Ugh.

I feel like I was watching an episode of Bizarre Foods and Andrew Zimmern had a bad experience with Durian. In fact, for the guy who literally eats ANYTHING, I think he said it was one of the few things he couldn't stomach. That and that fish some european country soaks in lye.

She doesn't need to be on MFP for an eating disorder. She needs to see a therapist for some treatment. Eating disorders can be life threatening. The blame doesn't lie on anyone, especially not an app, or a bunch of strangers on the internet. If you care about her, don't enable the eating disorder, and get her to a doctor.

Name what's better now that I'm divorced? Well, it's not final yet, but we're finishing I believe with the mediator next week, and then on to a legal separation with divorce to be final on new years. I can only imagine what it's going to be like, living on my own for the first time EVER. (we married young, and I had…

I totally have learned how life experiences, and the families in which we are raised, fuel our beliefs about alcohol. I was raised by parents who rarely drank, save for a glass of wine at holiday dinners. Even then, they switched to sparkling cider so my sister and I could participate. They never went to bars. It just…

I had an apple pie flavored ice cream once, it was good-lots of cinnamon and pieces of pie crust in the ice cream. But I gotta go with pumpkin for me. I like all the pumpkin spice yogurts, breads, creamer, etc.

Sometimes a soak in the tub with some epsom salts will help out with the muscle soreness.

Just wanted to say, add some planks in there! It's a good, efficient ab exercise you can do in varying degrees of intensity, so you can keep making them harder as you get stronger.

I don't know if there is any actual science to back up claims about ACV "health properties". Years ago I was desperate for constipation relief and tried drinking it diluted-all that accomplished was one hell of a stomach ache. It's a great marinade though!

Depends, were there fruits or veggies in it?
