Do you have a problem with cholesterol? There is mixed info out there about dietary cholesterol and eggs. If you don't have a medical reason to avoid them, then eat them.

I had problems with my cat and anxiety when I moved in with my boyfriend and he has a malamute (BIG doggy!). My vet recommended feliway infusers-they plug in like a glade plug-in and give off pheromones that are supposed to help soothe the cat. Seemed to work for her. I got mine on Amazon, I've seen them at Petsmart also.

I have that one (Dry January), but it seems to steer towards abstinence, not moderation, which is fine this month, but moving forwards I'd like to be able to track moderate days, etc. I've looked at other apps and they all seem the same-sobriety, not moderation.

From experience, even a very slow taper resulted in those nasty discontinuation effects that Effexor is notorious for. The only way I was able to get off of it was with a cross taper with Prozac.

I started drinking Nutpods when I was trying to cut out the artificial sweeteners months back, and now I can't drink the sweeter stuff (like Coffeemate). They have flavored ones that just add a hint of flavor. They're made from almond and coconut milk. About 20 calories for 2 tbsp.
