sorry about not posting my walks just learn how so try to do better haven't walked the past 2 days been down with a cold

i'm in for the last today been down wit a cold hope to get back to walking tomorrow i usely walk about 5 mile a day.

yes three years i lost a 100 pounds and still felt fat . gain 40 of that back and have lost 20 of that back but still fill fat

most days i walk 5 miles (monday-saturday) in am than in the pm (4 days) i walk 2 miles a day with a group of women we have a lot of fun. in the moring i walk by my self not as fun:glasses:

i find it hard to eat anything that i want and still lose weight because i eat more than i should and don't stay within my calories. but thats just me

my first month i lost about 14 pounds. i'm on my 2nd month and only lost 3 so far. but a lost is a lost. keep up the good work.

i'm 5 foot even my starting weight was 167.6 down 15 pounds in little over a month want to get down to 25 pounds by my bithday which is jan.25 loseing weight is so hard for me being short just a little weight can show a lot
