Yeah, that's pretty much what I've been doing, not really intentionally, but it's been a day to day process trying to figure out what'll be enough for the day I'm definitely feeling better overall, so there's that..just hoping I don't suddenly gain a lot of weight :(

Hm, yeah, I asked about this a few days ago, and it seemed like most people ate into their exercise calories. I think I may try avoiding it, but using them if I feel hungry.. but not as an excuse to eat more snacks. As everyone said, keep us updated!

But, now since I've been kickboxing, it's definitely a lot easier.. still difficult, obviously, but I have the mental strength to get through it, and much better body control.
