I recommend No more Trouble Zones from JM. She makes you sweat! it's very aerobic, so you burn lots of calories as well as bulid muscles. For me is the whole package!

Wow!! super organized! i love it!! I think I can bring snacks that I can nibble from, I love nibbling it's my weakness, so at least something less caloric, right? We will succeed!!

I know!!! it's so frustrating!!! i'm with you, i'm increasing my cardio, supposedly helps to get rid of the fat, so we'll see! good luck to us all hard workers!

I just started ripped in 30, does this count? I still wanna be included here, i'm in my second day and it was so hard to actually get up and do it! reading the posts make me feel i'm not the only crazy one! haha
